Ο Στέφανος είναι ένας άνθρωπος που εύκολα ξεχώρισα από τόσους πολλούς επισκέπτες που περνάνε από το μαγαζί μου. Από την πρώτη στιγμή κατάλαβα πόσο ξεχωριστός και συνεπής είναι. Χωρίς τον Στέφανο ακόμα ένα από τα όνειρα μου να επικοινωνήσω την κουλτούρα του τόπου μου μέσα από την κουζίνα μου θα παρέμενε ακόμα όνειρο.
