According to Skylum, known for the Luminar Neo software.

A vacation without photos? Unimaginable. Because it’s during travels that the most beautiful and impressive moments are captured: Whether it’s a picture in front of the majestic Eiffel Tower, a selfie next to a famous piece of art, or a panoramic shot of breathtaking landscapes – preferably in brilliant sunshine.
As inspiration for your next city trip, Skylum has analyzed the 25 most popular travel destinations in Europe to determine which destinations are most rewarding for photography enthusiasts. The destinations were compared based on four categories. The respective results were then related to the total size in square kilometers – and depending on the outcome, a score between one and 25 was assigned.
These destinations promise a beautiful holiday photo: Athens, Lisbon, and Porto.
Greece’s capital secures the top spot in the ranking with a total of 92 out of 100 possible points, thus earning the title of the best photography travel destination. Surrounded by a picturesque mountain landscape, Athens offers a plethora of photo opportunities for travelers with a total of 74 attractions per square kilometer. The numerous art museums and galleries invite creative travelers to get inspired for their next snapshot.
